Recently, I have consulted to numerous companies in the US and in Australia helping them to transition to lean construction. My early consulting experience included performance based contract and specification writing for local governments.
My time with the Bovis Lend Lease, one of the world's largest property and construction companies, provided me with invaluable experience in project and site management. I worked on various projects and fulfilled various roles being involved in both macro and micro level issues that involved strategic decision-making and short-term management. On various projects including Greensborough Plaza Shopping Centre, Fosters' Brewing Group's World Headquarters and the Commonwealth Bank, I worked both in the field and head office. My experience included managing subcontractors through construction and consultants through design.
During my graduate degree at the University of Melbourne, I was course coordinator, instructor, and lecturer in the construction management program.
