Overall Position Responsibilities:

The project engineer will have a wide range of experience including engineering design, planning, construction, hands-on systems startup/commissioning, and building operations. Specific qualifications as follows:
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical and life safety systems codes.
- Demonstrated working knowledge / design knowledge of Utility and Medium Voltage Systems, Power Distribution, and Low Voltage Electrical Systems.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of building life safety systems.
- Significant experience with MCF systems, including major UPS installations, engine-generator plants, and fuel storage and delivery systems.
- Familiarity and knowledge of HVAC systems, central mechanical plants, and building plumbing systems.

Junior Lighting Designer Position
ForrestPerkins, an award-winning design firm, is seeking an architectural lighting designer
with a minimum of 1-2 years experience to work on luxury hospitality and multi-family
residential projects. Candidate will be responsible for developing lighting designs from
concept to completion under the supervision of a more senior lighting design staff member.
CAD proficiency is desirable. Intent to take the NCQLP certification exam is preferred.
Mid-Level Lighting Designer Position
ForrestPerkins, an award-winning design firm, is seeking an architectural lighting designer
with a minimum of 3-5 years experience to work on luxury hospitality and multi-family
residential projects. Candidate will be responsible for developing lighting designs from
concept to completion with minimal supervision. CAD proficiency is required. LC
certification (or intent to take the NCQLP exam) is preferred. LEED certification is a big
plus.
