The Budget and Finance Office provides budgetary and financial management and cash services to the
budget executive, budget administrator, faculty, staff, and students in the College while maintaining
fiscal controls in accordance with University and College policies and procedures. Its relationship with
its customers in the College is intended to be advisory in nature rather than reactionary. The Budget and
Finance Office is responsible for development, maintenance and continuous improvement of an "in-house"
computer database which is used for financial decision-making.
