Human Resources is responsible for insuring compliance of all personnel actions in the College with
related University and federal policies and regulations. This includes matters pertaining to faculty,
staff, and technical service employees, such as salary administration and classification, benefits,
grievances, status of foreign nationals, processing of hiring actions and promotion and tenure dossiers,
employee relations counseling, sexual harassment, and discrimination.
