Penn State College of Engineering students are highly recruited and recruiters find many opportunities to
connect with our students for full-time, cooperative education, and internship opportunities. The Engineering
Cooperative Education and Professional Internship Program provides placement for students in co-op and
internships, collects resumes, and helps set up interview schedules. Go
to Creating Recruitment Partnerships for more information.
The Women in Engineering Program and the Multicultural Engineering Program help to set up targeted
recruiting activities, collect resumes, and provide speaking, networking opportunities, and involvement
in pre-College and orientation/bridge programs.
Departments within the College of Engineering and departmental and college-wide student organizations offer
dynamic connections as well.
Interacting with Penn State Engineering Students is a good way to gain corporate name and product
recognition. Opportunities are available through student organizations, class presentations, information
sessions, and career development. Go to Interacting and Networking for more information.
