  • Office of undergraduate studies sends request for consultation to all department heads, and other colleges (if appropriate)
  • Proposal is submitted to the Undergraduate Studies Curricular Review Committee for review and approval
  • Proposal is presented to the Engineering Faculty Council for review and approval
  • Office of undergraduate studies enters certificate on eISIS via ECERT (Certificate Management)

  • Offering unit for the certificate enrolls the student into the certificate program through ARUSBD and tracks student progress
  • Offering unit notifies the Office of Undergraduate Studies of the student's completion of the certificate program
  • Office of Undergraduate Studies approves student's completion of the certificate program in ARUSBD
  • The office of undergraduate studies creates a Certificate of Achievement that is signed by a representative in the offering unit and the associate dean for undergraduate studies
