All curricular proposals must be submitted electronically to the College,
using the forms and procedures developed by the Senate Committee on Curricular Affairs. Go to Senate Guide to Curricular

The following links are Microsoft Word Templates. Right-mouse click on each link and
select Save Target As (Internet Explorer) or Save Link
As (FireFox/Netscape/Mozilla) to save these documents in a folder on your desktop.
Once you have downloaded all these documents, double-click on each to open in
Microsoft Word. Then select File/Save As and choose Document
Template from the Save As Type drop-down box. Click on Save
and you have a template saved in your General Templates collection.
To use your templates, simply select File/New from the Word menu, then select
New From Template/General Templates and click on the template you want to use.
Proposal Format:
Incorporate the text of the proposal into the outline for Supporting Documentation (see
Example Proposal). This way, the reviewers
can easily evaluate the proposer's response to the required documentation at a glance. All proposals must be
paginated. Proposals that do not comply with the required format will be returned to the initiating unit.
