Starting February 2008, the College of Engineering will be launching a biweekly newsletter via e-mail
intended for faculty and teaching assistants within the College. The purpose of this newsletter is to
provide information about instructional support, including P&T workshops, activities sponsored by the
Leonhard Center and other campus units, information about teaching awards, resources related to professional
and career-related programs, as well as other opportunities and activities relating to teaching that
are related to the College?s departments and programs.
This newsletter is not intended to recognize individual accomplishments or to replace other
forms of faculty information such as the newswires for the university or college. Rather, the purpose of
this newsletter is to communicate opportunities and information that are not likely available through other forums.
SUBMIT FACULTY NEWS
Faculty, staff, and graduate students are welcome to submit items for publication in the newsletter
