Engineering Technology Programs
Penn State’s Engineering Technology Program, administered by the School of Engineering Design, Technology, and Professional Programs (SEDTAPP), is one of the largest in the country, offering five baccaulaureate degrees and eight associate degrees at 12 locations in Pennsylvania.
Courses in engineering technology at Penn State are small, personal, and taught by engineering faculty with a minimum of three years of industry experience. This learning environment stresses interaction and hands-on applications. Campus environments range from urban to rural and offer a variety of activities and services.
Faculty members work closely with local and regional employers to give students the real-world knowledge and skills to perform effectively in a rapidly changing and highly technical workplace.
