Scheduling a Visit at University Park

Visits to the College of Engineering at University Park by future first-year students and their families are welcome throughout the year and are easily arranged, usually in conjunction with an information session offered by the Undergraduate Admissions Office.
- Step 1: Schedule an Admissions Information Session with the Undergraduate Admissions Office using their on-line reservation system. If you are planning to attend a College of Engineering Information Session and the Admissions Information Session, you should schedule your Admissions Information Session at 1:30 p.m. Penn State is a large campus and the buildings are spread out. You should expect to do a lot of walking, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly. Please allow at least a half hour to walk to the engineering buildings from Shields Building.
- Step 2: Use our on-line visitation request form to arrange your visit to the College of Engineering. You may wish to participate in a College of Engineering Information Session and/or meet with faculty and students from one or more departments.
- Step 3: Once you submit the on-line visitation request form, a College of Engineering staff member will develop an itinerary for your visit and email a copy to you at the address you indicate on the form.
