• IDEALS:  Integrated Design, Experimentation, Analysis, and Like Skills.

• Emphasis on integration of technical and non-technical skills to solve "real world" problems.

• Two versions being investigated:  series on 1-credit courses and IDEALS versions of required 3-credit courses.

• Through efforts of project leaders, the courses are being brought to the full faculty for approval.

• Goal is to reach all juniors in two years.
