serve apprenticeships in a state-of-the-art bioprocess lab.
Intellectual Development Study
A longitudinal study of
the intellectual development of engineering students based upon the
Perry scheme.
Lifelong Learning Study
Part of an NSF funded
project, this study investigates the impact of curricular
enhancements on self-directed learning by students.

Entrepreneurship Minor
A new minor created in
collaboration with colleagues in business with support from the GE fund.
Engineering Ethics
A new initiative,
funded by the Rolling Endowment, to assist faculty in integrating ethics
related projects into their courses, being implemented in partnership
with the Douglas L. Rock Ethics Institute in the College of Liberal
Arts.
