"No matter how crazy an idea, or how difficult a task the only bounds put on our abilities are those set by ourselves. It doesn't take an extraordinary person to found a sorority or succeed in any endeavor. It just takes confidence in yourself and a never dying need to strive for better. I would like to be able to look at Phi Sigma Rho and see a group of women who know no bounds. Women who are proud of their accomplishments and are proud of the people that they have become. And I would like to believe that Phi Sigma Rho had some part in this achievement."
