With SPSEE Graduate Student Fellowship maturing (going over $100,000)
in the MIDDLE/END of the last academic year (Fall 1996 to Spring 1997),
we were not able to give out any of the $5,000 of fellowship money (Annually
5% of the $100,000 is avaliable for fellowships per academic year).
Thus, for THIS academic year (Fall 1997 to Spring 1998), TWO sets of $5,000
(or $10,000 total) were available to disperse to highly qualified students!
