Kevin Kelly provided more insight into Agribility.  The local chapter of this organization is run by WIllis Lehr, an EE Alum who has retired from HRB.  Willis had adapted vans for handicapped accessibility.

Ken Jenkins further reported that there are now 7 schools coupled to the National EPICS program at Purdue.  A 3 year grant was recently awarded through the US government.  Each of the 3 new schools (including PSU) was given $20K, with an obligation by each school to provide matching funds.

========================================
The EE Department Climate Committee asked for SPSEE help in providing external feedback about our web pages (content, look, navigability, etc).  Primarily we are looking for feedback from HS Juniors and Seniors.

Both Fred Thompson and Larry Burton said that they had relatives who may be willing to examine our site and provide feedback.

Topic 8.  Other Items
========================================
Kevin Kelly suggested that SPSEE may want to look into using medallions to award various SPSEE members.  The medallion idea is currently being used by IEEE and has been quite popular.  Medallions cost about $1000 for 25 of them.
