The following members of the staff of the Office of Student Services have administrative responsibilities for

- Ms. Nancy Witherite: Records Manager, Assistant to the Assistant Dean
Engineering Advising Center:
The staff members of the Engineering Advising Center provide information about the processes described below and
have the necessary forms available. To request an appointment with an adviser in the Engineering Advising Center
at University Park, go to EAC Appointment
Request System. At commonwealth campuses, the registrar and the College Contact
and Referral Representative also have the necessary forms. Some forms may also be obtained from
the Forms page.
