The Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI) Conference will be held on April 3-5, 2013 at The Nittany Lion Inn on the campus of The Pennsylvania State University.

Penn State is located in Central Pennsylvania, USA. If you travel by air to the University Park Airport located in State College, Pennsylvania the destination code is  "SCE". The airport is serviced by Delta Connection, U. S. Airways Express, United Express, and Northwest Airlink. There are daily flights to University Park Airport from cities throughout the region such as Philadelphia, Detroit, Cincinnati, and Washington. If you are traveling from overseas, since your travel arrangements will include flights within the U.S., you should ask to be ticketed through to University Park Airport (SCE). A ticket purchased separately after your arrival in the U.S. will cost more.

Lodging expense is not covered under your Conference Registration fee. Each individual is responsible for booking their own lodging arrangements. A block lodging rooms have been reserved at the Nittany Lion Inn for the evenings of April 2-5, 2013 at a group rate of $135.00 per room.  The rooms have been reserved under “AECD13A”and must be confirmed by March 3, 2013. Take I-80 W in PA to Exit 161 (Bellefonte). Follow PA 26 S to US 220 S, and take Exit 74 for Innovation Park/Penn State University. Stay in the left lane of the exit and follow the sign for Penn State University. This will become Park Avenue.  Travel Park Avenue to the stop light at Allen Street.  Turn left on Allen Street and then right on Fischer Road.  The Nittany Lion Parking Deck will be on your left followed by the Nittany Lion Inn.

Take the PA Turnpike/I-76 W to Exit 247 (Harrisburg East), and follow signs for the next 15 miles to Route 322 W. Take 322 W past Lewistown toward State College (stay on 322 W towards Philipsburg), and take the Penn State University/Innovation Park Exit. Turn right at the stop light and follow Park Avenue. Atherton Street, past a variety of businesses.  At the light at Park Avenue, turn left.  The Inn is on your right.
