Board of Directors
Connect. Engage. Excel.ASAE is governed by a Board of Directors that is made up of 14 members. 10 ASAE members are elected to the Board of Directors by the regular membership. They are Architectural Engineering alumni who hold the elected positions of the Society officers: President, Vice-President, and Secretary and seven At Large members. The other four members are designated by the Charter, which are the AE Department Head, AE Faculty Member, Penn State Engineering Alumni Society (PSEAS) Representative, and the immediate past ASAE president.
