My doctoral research focused on the use of resources in construction projects to achieve lean construction. The analysis from these insights was encapsulated and developed for construction in what was termed process dynamics. Through meta-analysis and computer simulation, I was able to demonstrate considerable project performance improvement with process dynamics.
