AE 475 - Building Construction Engineering I

AE 476 - Building Construction Engineering II

AE 597A(570) - Production Management in Construction

AE 597B(572) - Project Development and Delivery Planning

I teach the two core construction courses offered in the Department of Architectural Engineering (AE) dealing with how buildings are engineered and constructed. Each of these courses emphasizes the integration of research into the classroom through the extensive introduction of state-of-the-art production efficiency and high performance building concepts and processes. At the graduate level, I have created two courses in production management (AE 597A/570) and designing delivery systems (AE 597B/572) that have recently received College of Engineering approval as permanent courses. Each of these courses contributes to an emerging graduate program in construction at Penn State in green buildings and sustainable construction.
