Bryce Jordan Center, University Park, PA

What is the Career Fair?

The Department of Architectural Engineering, in conjunction with the Consortium for the Advancement of Building Sciences (CABS), is pleased to announce the 22nd annual Penn State AE Career Fair. The event will be held on September 22, 2015 at The Bryce Jordan Center on the University Park campus. Students from all AE options will be present representing the construction, lighting/electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines.

The AE Career Fair is designed to put companies in touch with our 5th year seniors, as well as students who are available for co-op, summer and advanced degree (graduate) industry and research positions. The AE Career Fair brings together companies interested in recruiting students specializing in all aspects of the design and construction of buildings. 130 companies attended the 2014 Career Fair, representing many of the largest and best known AE, consulting engineering, contractor, facilities, building product manufacturers and construction management firms in the building industry.

More than 430 students attended the 2014 AE Career Fair. In addition to the AE students who participated, students from the Penn State architecture program and other engineering programs were also in attendance, including a contingent from civil engineering.
