The 10th Annual PACE Roundtable was held
on November 6-7, 2001 at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel on Penn State’s
University Park campus. Over 60 faculty, students, and
industry members attended this year's activities.
This year’s discussions focused on Managing Risk Through Learning in Our
Organizations, Team Strategies to Improve Production, and The Development of the
Future Workforce. A special presentation was made by Michael
Sullivan of the Pentagon Renovation Team on the progress made and lessons
learned since the attack on September 11th. The PenRen team was also
presented with an honorary membership to PACE.
With the help of PACE members, students and faculty are currently conducting
research on topics discussed at the meeting. The results of this work will
be presented at the next PACE Research Seminar, which will be held at
the Penn Stater on April 18, 2002. For additional information check out
