Supporting AE
We are grateful for the outstanding support we receive regularly from our alumni. There are many ways you can support continued enhancements in the Architectural Engineering Department. These include:
- Contributions of your time by speaking in our classes.
- Contributing to our senior thesis by volunteering as an industry consultant.
- Contributing funds to underwrite near-term and long-term activities and ventures intended to enhance the AE Department.
- Creating an Endowment
We use gift funding from alumni to support students, purchase instructional equipment, and provide travel funding to students and faculty to visit conferences and industry members.
We are also developing an endowment fund with the goal of providing permanent, annual financial support for Department enhancements in strategic areas such as graduate student support, faculty support, and new strategic ventures in the Department. If you wish to contribute to this permanent endowment fund, please contact Dr. Chimay Anumba for more details.
Please forward donations to the Department to the attention of Dr. Anumba at the main AE address. You can also forward donations to the Department by simply designating the Department as the recipient of any gifts you send to the University.
It is also possible to give a gift on-line by clicking on the link above. Be sure to choose "Other" from the drop-down menu in the "Designation of Gift" section of the form and write in “Department of Architectural Engineering” in the "Additional Information" box.
