Areas of Breadth
Structural: A structural redesign will take place in order to compare the amount of steel required by the current green roof
system to that of a lighter white roof system.
Mechanical: A in depth energy analysis of the prescribed HVAC system will take place in order to compare and
contrast the different roofing designs and their thermal impacts.
