Executive Summary

The thesis proposal executive summary is presented here as a seperate file.
Included is the labeled Breadth #1 and Breadth #2 within the analysis
descriptions.

 

Final Thesis Proposal

The final thesis proposal develops on the research topics and methods introduced
in technical assignment 3. Topics of research are ordered as analyses 1 through 4,
and contain emphasis on one or more of the the CM areas of: research, value
engineering, constructability, and schedule reduction.

For Shaare Tefila Congregation I have elected to research on the following areas:

Analysis 1. Spanish-English Language Barrier in Construction
Analysis 2. Worship Space Acoustical Analysis
Analysis 3. Renewable Energy System Life Cycle Analysis
Analysis 4. Prefabrication Delivery Analysis

 

Thesis Proposal (Revised)

After a large advising session with Dr. Messner I received feedback on my research
topic and analysis goals. This revised proposal reflects that feedback, including
adjustments to research steps in the following analyses:

Analysis 1: Spanish-English Language Barrier in Construction
Analysis 3: Renewable Energy System Life Cycle Analysis
Analysis 4: Prefabrication Delivery Analysis

Thesis Proposal (Revised Final)

This revised proposal reflects changes due to expanding on the depth study.
Analysis 4 has been completely removed, and analysis 1 has been updated to
include depth criteria.
