User Note:
While great efforts have been taken to provide accurate and complete information on the pages of CPEP, please be aware that the information contained herewith is considered a work-in-progress for this thesis project. Modifications and changes related to the original building designs and construction methodologies for this senior project are solely the interpretation of Trevor Sullivan. Changes and discrepancies in no way imply that the orginal design contained errors or was flawed. Differing assumptions, code references, requirements, and methodologies have been incorporated into this thesis project; therefore, investigation results may vary from the original design.

AE 481W/482 Course Reflection:

The Senior Thesis process has been in invaluable part of my education at Penn State.  Through the experience I have gained a greater understanding of the inter-related aspects of building systems, both during design and construction.  I have also gained a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction by successfully completing the final report and presentation.

CPEP & Discussion Board Reflection:

Research is a very important part of improving the construction industry, and during the Senior Thesis work it was valuable to implement new technologies for a case study project to analyze their benefit (be it for that particular project or to discover a scenario where it would be better suited).  Learning and researching new technologies in a college setting provides for an excellent background for the continual learning and implementing required in industry to be a successful construction manager.
