Technical Assignment 1 is an analysis of the The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, The New Learning Center, in accordance with ASHRAE 62.1. Included in the evaluation if Section 5, which explains the system and equipment requirements. An analysis of section 6 that explains ventilation complaince and Indoor Air Quality is also provided.

Technical Assignment 2 is an analysis of the The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, The New Learning Center, in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1. Included in the evaluation is LEED-NC Certification. The New Learning Center is also modeled and simulated in to analyze load calculations, mechanical equipment sizing, energy consumption, and operating costs.

Technical Assignment 3 is an evaluation of the machanical systems existing conditions. This report includes analysis of design loads, energy consumption, and operating costs. The report also has a section for the controls logic and a section for the system critique.
