Reflection

My senior thesis has been a valuable experience; not only to refresh upon items learned in the past or to express my designs, but to learn new and different techniques of designing building systems. As a (future) lighting designer I can say that throughout this thesis, I have created not only my favorite designs, but my best.

The CPEP website was a useful tool in documenting and showing progress to professors and ourselves. Discussion boards were also an invaluable feature of our thesis where direct communication with design professionals helped shape our designs and fine details within them.

Overall, my AE senior thesis was a challenging, educating, and fulfilling experience during my final year in The Pennsylvania state University.

Note: While great efforts have been taken to provide accurate and complete information on the pages of CPEP, please be aware that the information contained herewith is considered a work-in-progress for this thesis project. Modifications and changes related to the original building designs and construction methodologies for this senior thesis project are solely the interpretation of Bradley Sisenwain. Changes and discrepancies in no way imply that the original design contained errors or was flawed. Differing assumptions, code references, requirements, and methodologies have been incorporated into this thesis project; therefore, investigation results may vary from the original design.
