Technical Assignment I
Technical Assignment I covers the construction management method for which WestEnd25 is being constructed.  This report includes a summary schedule of the project, a building systems summary, project cost evaluation, a site plan of existing conditions, local conditions, client information, the project delivery system, and staffing plan.

Technical Assignment II
Technical Assignment II is a analysis of WestEnd25 structural system costs, general conditions costs and project schedule. This report also includes summaries of discussions from the 2008 PACE Roundtable Meeting.

Technical Assignment III
Technical Assignment III serves ad an investigation of constructability challanges, schedule risks, and value engineering on WestEnd25. This infomation is used to identify areas of future reaearch through thechnical anaylses.
