AE 481/482 REFLECTION-

Overall, Senior Thesis has been an invaluable experience. Learning to set my own schedule and take charge of my own design allowed me to fulfill the requirements of the course. In addition to engineering knowledge, I was required to hone my technical writing skills and presentation skills in order to have a successful project. This combination of all the experiences obtained throughout all classes, made thesis a rewarding endeavor. Most importantly, Senior Thesis has prepared me for a transition from academic work to a professional career.

CPEP REFLECTION-

The CPEP format for posting and submitting work is extremely convenient and helpful. Not only have I enjoyed learning some basic web-design skills, but I have also enjoyed being able to share my project with friends and family.

The message board provided is also extremely convenient and helpful. The board allows students to obtain input for professionals and obtain answers to questions when professors may be unavailable. Many times, when reading other students' discussions with professionals, I had my own questions answered, without even having to ask them. There were even times where an answer given preempted a problem that I may have run into in the course of my work.
