Technical Report 1 is an analysis of the building's compliance with ASHRAE Standard 62.1 Section 5 perscribing the indoor air quality requirements and Section 6 calculating the minimum outdoor airflow rates and Standard 90.1 which defines efficiency requirements.	Technical Report 2 is an analysis of the building's energy comsumption and use by building an enrgy model in Trane Trace. The report also summarizes they building's impact on the environment by calculating the pollution produced by the systems.	Technical Report 3 is an analysis of the building's existing mechanical systems. This report outlines the specific details of the existing mechanical system as well as the design considerations that influenced the design.
