This report contains a brief overview of Park Potomac Office Building "E". In this report, an alternate structural system is proposed using steel construction rather than post-tensioned concrete. Additionally, breadth topics are covered including cost and schedule analysis and architectural/aesthetic considerations. Lastly, a schedule is given for the proposed work.
