Technical Assignment One provides background information of the Butler Health System New Inpatient Tower Addition and Renovation. [Technical Assignment Two]

Technical Assignment Two provides a more detailed analysis of key features that affect the project execution of the Butler Health System New Inpatient Tower. The report includes a detailed project schedule, site layout planning for steel erection, a detailed structural estimate, a general conditions estimate, and a discussion of some critical industry issues.

[Technical Assignment Three]

Technical Assignment Three includes a detailed analysis of alternative methods. For this report, key areas of the project are identified that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression. This report also includes information on constructability challenges for the Butler Health System New Inpatient Tower.
