Senior Thesis Final Report

Senior Thesis Final Report: This report is intended to discuss the findings and conclusions of the four analyses mentioned in the proposal of the Unknown Data Center. The analyses include: looking into alternative roofing systems, risk management, facade redesign/tilt-up, and tablet PCs. The topics are centered on a theme of improving efficiency in the construction industry: project procurement efficiency, construction efficiency (schedule and cost), and energy efficiency. The findings in this report do not reflect any perceived mistakes by the actual project team. They are purely a theoretical analyses performed for the purpose of the senior thesis capstone project.
