Technical Report One: ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 and Standard 90.1-2007 Analysis

Technical Report One contains a compliance check of the Life Sciences Building with ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality, and ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007, Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings.

 

Technical Report Two: Building and Central Plant Load and Energy Analysis

Technical Report Two contains a load and energy analysis and emissions calculation of the Life Sciences Building. The report contains a comparison between the calculated energy used and the designed energy used.

Technical Report Three: Mechanical Systems Existing Conditions Evaluation

Technical Report Three constains a summary of the Life Sciences Building mechanical system, description of system operation and LEED analysis. The report also contains an overall evaluation of the mechanical system.
