Building Facades:
           Window specifications indicate that all exterior glazing shall be Low E and either fully tempered or laminated depending on the location.  A storefront style glass curtain wall              system will be installed in numerous locations.
Roofing:
           55,904 Square Feet out of the 101,406 total Square Feet will not be Green Roof.  For these sections of the building a Single Membrane Roofing material will be installed.
