Technical Assignment One is intended to present the existing conditions and data that influenced the design and construction of HD Woodson Senior High School.  Topics discussed in Technical Assignment One include: building systems, cost evaluation, local conditions, client information, project delivery and staffing plans.

Technical Assignment Two is an analysis of key features of HD Woodson Senior High School that affect project execution.  Important schedule attributes and costs of a key building system are detailed within this report. 

Technical Assignment 3 aims to investigate areas of the HD Woodson High School that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression.  The topics are: Constructability Challenges, Schedule Acceleration Scenarios, Value Engineering , Problem Identification and Technical Analysis Methods.
