		TECHNICAL REPORT ONE The purpose of Technical Report One is to determine if the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance (NRUCFC) Headquarters Building is in compliance with ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 and Standard 90.1-2007.


		TECHNICAL REPORT TWO The purpose of Technical Report Two is to perform a block load and energy use estimate of the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance (NRUCFC) Headquarters Building using a computer-based method.


		TECHNICAL REPORT THREE The purpose of Technical Report Three is to evaluate the existing mechanical systems of the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (NRUCFC).
