Reflection

Senior Thesis Reflection

This past year has been a great learning experience. The structure of senior thesis has allowed me to learn in a more independent manner than previous classes. Much of the work required research into textbooks and a closer look at the current building codes. I found myself to be frustrated at times, however I now realize how valuable this experience was. This course has led me to a better understanding of engineering concepts and the current industry that is hard to gain otherwise.

 

CPEP Reflection

This online portfolio has been a great tool for submitting assignments for review online. It was also very useful for sharing my thesis work with industry professionals as well as family and friends. Along with the engineering work posted on here, I also enjoyed gaining the experience in web design associated with the creation of this CPEP website.
