Reflection

Senior Thesis was a valuable educational experience. My knowledge and application of various structural engineering concepts was reinforced through the technical reports and spring semester work. Managing my time on the project was also an important learning experience. I feel that this capstone thesis has given me a better understanding of real industry projects and better prepared me for my future career.

The CPEP site was a valuable tool for industry professional searching for future employees. Many firms that I interviewed with had previously looked at my CPEP website for information about my thesis project. Though adequate, I feel that my CPEP website would have been considerably better if I had a greater understanding of coding.
