Technical Report I:

An analysis of the existing structural design of the MICA Gateway Residence. Analysis included the gravity and lateral systems and spot check calculations

Technical Report II:

A comparison between the exisiting floor system design and three alternative designs. Systems were designed, analyzed, and compared based on several categories.

Technical Report III:

A computer analysis of the Gateway lateral system using ETABS. The lateral system was checked to determine structural adequacy.
