This final report represents the research, recommendations and conclusions from 4 primary analysis topics conducted on the University Engineering Building. The 4 analyses include a clean room coordination study, roof system redesign, underground spring study and CM to FM information delivery. The purpose of these analyses were to reduce project schedule, project costs and maximize the effenciency of the project team and benefit the owner. This report is strictly for educational purposes and does not relfect or critique the UEB project team in any way.
