Biography

Background

Lauren Kandt is a 5th year Architectural Engineering student at Penn State. She grew up in Pittsburgh, PA where she developed her love of buildings.

Academics and Plans

Lauren will graduate in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Architectural Engineering Degree. While at Penn State she focused on the construction management side of the construction industry. She also was an active participant in Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps where she learned extensive leadership and management skills. Lauren plans to enlist with the Air Force upon graduating.

Beyond Professional

Lauren has always had more interests than she knows what to do with. She draws comics, hikes, reads, watches movies, boxes and tries to live her life to the absolute fullest day by day. Above all, she has set her eyes on the Lord and tries to glorify him in all she does.
