Technical Assignment 1

This assignment primarily focuses on becoming familiar with the project. It includes explanations of the project delivery method, construction management staffing plan, existing conditions evaluation and a higher level look at the building systems. There is also an overall cost and schedule summary for the project.

Technical Assignment 2

This techincal assignment includes the a detailed project schedule, multiple site logistics plans, a LEED analysis, and a more elaborate cost estimate. Within the cost estimate is a detailed breakout of the structural system, an assemblies MEP estimate, and a general conditions estimate.

Technical Assignment 3

Tech 3 includes an analysis of constructability issues, value engineering on the project, and schedule acceleration options. There is also a section that evaluated BIM uses on the project as well as feedback and reflection from the PACE roundtable.
