What do you do in your current position? I am responsible for the safety and function of all fixed equipment (pipes, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers) inside the Dewaxing units in the refinery.

How has your PSU engineering education/experiences helped to get you where you are today? Penn State has given me a strong foundation in engineering principles that I apply to everything I do at work. My education has prepared me to work efficiently in teams, communicate effectively, and demonstrate strong analytical skills.

How has your experience as an EA impacted your professional life so far? Being an EA has been an invaluable experience! First of all, It has set me apart from other students when trying to find a job. Once I finally started my job it gave me the confidence to branch out and create a network among my coworkers. It truly helped me to create, connect, change!
