What do you do in your current position? I will graduate in December and start work then with Schlumberger as a field engineer working on oil rigs to create wells. My job specifically will be to pump cement into the wells in order to create stability and to fix any leaks.

How has your PSU engineering education/experiences helped to get you where you are today? My Penn State education has been perfect in setting me up for this job, because of the unique experiences I have been able to complete there, I am now eligible to work abroad. While at Penn State I was able to travel to Kenya and now Germany for school, which shows on my resume that I am a great global candidate.

How has your experience as an EA impacted your professional life so far? Engineering Ambassadors was so helpful in my professional career not only through improving my public speaking, but also because I was able to add great communication skills to my engineering skills. This is so important in technical fields and I am so thankful toward this Engineering Ambassadors program for this.
