What do you do in your current position? I investigate deviations in the vaccine manufacturing process and develop a plan to ensure that those deviations will not occur again.
How has your PSU engineering education/experiences helped to get you where you are today? My Penn State engineering experience has taught me to willingly accept challenges in my career and solve them to the best of my abilities. Learning technical skills from my major has taught me how to think like an engineer and solve problems on a daily basis. Extracurricular opportunities at Penn State have prepared me to work with people in a professional environment. My co-op experience introduced me to the pharmaceutical industry so I had an idea of what to expect when starting my first full time job.
How has your experience as an EA impacted your professional life so far? Engineering Ambassadors taught me some of the most valuable lessons I've learned from college. I really learned how to work with people and communicate technical information.
