Why did you choose to come to Penn State? I chose to come to Penn State for the amazing opportunities it offers its students. There are unlimited options for Penn State students for personal and professional development. I know that I am getting a world class engineering education as well as being part of the best student body in the nation.

What has been your best memory as an engineering student? My best memory as an engineering student has been giving tours to prospective Penn State engineers. It is rewarding to spread my love for Penn State and passion for engineering. I love getting to encourage younger students to pursue engineering and show them how cool it can be!

What advice would you give a first-year engineer? Computer science is a really interesting field and you should definitely consider it even if you haven't had programming experience before coming to college! If you aren't sure what type of engineering you want to do, spend your first few years taking different classes and figuring it out!

What do you plan to do after graduation? I plan fulfilling my dream of becoming a software engineer at a major tech company.

What has been your best experience outside of engineering at Penn State? My best experience outside of engineering was meeting my best friends. During second semester of my freshman year, I met the group of friends that I am proud to call my family here at school. They are amazing, and spending time with them has made my experience here so much better!
