Why did you choose to come to Penn State? I chose Penn State for all of the wonderful opportunities it has to offer. Not only with my career, but also to expand my leadership skills. I have developed so many new passions here at Penn State that I do not think I would have discovered at another school.

What has been your best memory as an engineering student? My freshman year during my first year seminar, we got to go into a lab and trying welding. It was so cool to experience this as a brand new college student. It helped me to realize there is so much to learn at this university and so many cool opportunities.

What advice would you give a first-year engineer? Don't be afraid to go outside your comfort zone. This is a time of your life where you can get involved with anything and everything. Try something new. You never know if that might be your new passion in life.

What do you plan to do after graduation? I am not totally sure what I want to do after graduation. I have enjoyeyd each of my internships but I would also like to gain some experience working for a non profit and giving back to a community who needs it.

What has been your best experience outside of engineering at Penn State? My favorite experiences at Penn State largely revolve around THON. It is such a magical experience. One of my favorite is probably when I walked onto the floor my freshman year. To see all the students coming together for an incredible cause was breathtaking.
