Why did you choose to come to Penn State? Penn State provides a fantastic combination of academic excellence, tons of extracurricular opportunities, immense school pride and career opportunities. When I stepped on campus I felt that the atmosphere was super friendly and academically challenging at the same time.

What has been your best memory as an engineering student? My best memory as an engineering student was attending a national conference where I spoke to other engineers and employers who spoke so highly of Penn State Engineering.

What advice would you give a first-year engineer? My advice would be to ask for help when you need it. There are so many students who are very excited to give advice and mentor incoming students. Take advantage of the experience of older engineering students!

What do you plan to do after graduation? After graduation I hope to get a full time position in the work force.

What has been your best experience outside of engineering at Penn State? I have camped out in Paternoville for many home football games. The intense passion and pride for Penn State is invigorating and it makes the anticipation for football games great.
